ASAP - Ongoing- M-F; 8-5
- Assignment:
Inpatient/Outpatient- Census:
Hospital: 10-12 pts per month;
Clinic: 10-15 pts per day - Census:
Adults - Required procedures: EEG, EMG, Botulinum Toxin Administration (Botox)
- Staff: 1 MD, 2 APP, shared 2 RNs and 4 MAs
