ASAP - Ongoing M-F; 8-5 Assignment :
Inpatient/Outpatient Census:
Hospital: 10-12 pts per month;
Clinic: 10-15 pts per day Census:
Adults Required procedures: EEG, EMG, Botulinum Toxin Administration (Botox) Staff: 1 MD, 2 APP, shared 2 RNs and 4 MAs EMR:
