Description:

Full-time tenure track faculty position in Psychology. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate-level courses in the Psychology program, advising students, promoting the Psychology program to prospective students, contributing to Psychology program assessment, mentoring, and participating positively in the Bethel University community. Candidates must have a Christian commitment and the ability to integrate Christian faith into the classroom. Ideal candidates must show evidence of teaching excellence, good interpersonal skills, scholarly pursuits, and the ability to be culturally relevant to traditional-aged students.

Position begins Fall of 2026 and the position requires a full-time physical presence on campus in Mishawaka, Indiana.

Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Psychology or Psy.

D.is required for this position.
