Tenure‑Track/Tenured Full Time Accounting Faculty

Bethel University in Indiana is seeking applications for a full-time tenure‑track faculty member in Accounting starting August 2026.

The Business Department comprises five majors including Accounting, Business Management, Economics & Finance, Financial Services, and Marketing, with nearly two hundred total students.

• Teach and develop coursework in accounting in response to departmental needs and your area(s) of expertise.
• Advise students in business management and accounting majors.
• Engage in professional service and scholarly activities.
• Maintain teaching excellence, strong student interaction, and a commitment to cooperative programs in a Christian Liberal Arts setting.
• Fulfill normal faculty duties, including 12 hours of undergraduate teaching per semester as well as departmental and professional responsibilities.

• Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field, in addition to CPA certification and/or extensive accounting experience.
• Employment is contingent upon proof of legal right to work.
• Demonstrated interest in creating a vibrant Christian faith integration within teaching.
