Tenure-Track/Tenured Full Time Accounting Faculty
The Department of Business at Bethel University (IN) is seeking applications for a full-time tenure‑track faculty member in Accounting starting August 2026.
The Business Department is composed of five majors:
Accounting, Business Management, Economics & Finance, Financial Services, and Marketing, with nearly two‑hundred total students.
- The successful candidate will teach and develop coursework in accounting in response to departmental needs and his/her area(s) of expertise, as well as advise students in business management and accounting majors.
- The candidate is expected to engage in professional service and scholarly activities.
- Ideal candidates will demonstrate teaching excellence, interest in strong interaction with students, and possess an interest in cooperative programs in Christian Liberal Arts settings.
- Normal faculty duties include 12 hours of undergraduate teaching per semester as well as departmental and professional responsibilities.
- Master's degree in Accounting or related field, in addition to CPA certification and/or extensive accounting experience.
- Employment is contingent upon proof of legal right to work.

- As a Christian liberal arts institution, Bethel University desires that its faculty possess a vibrant Christian faith and an understanding of how that faith integrates with their discipline. Candidates are also required to submit a brief statement of faith and a statement on the integration of faith and learning.
