• Valid certification or license as a School Psychologist in Indiana
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Demonstrated experience working with K-6th grade students in educational settings
• Expertise in administering, scoring, and interpreting a wide variety of assessments
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based interventions, MTSS, and IEP development
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills
• Commitment to fostering inclusivity, confidentiality, and student well-being

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine eligibility for special education services
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and direct support to K-6th grade students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create and review IEPs
• Deliver professional recommendations based on psychological findings
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary teams and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop and implement behavioral and academic interventions
