• Current licensure or certification as a School Psychologist (state requirements apply)
• Previous school-based experience, especially in K-5 settings, is greatly valued
• Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Adaptable and responsive to varied school environments

• Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations and share results with teams
• Develop and help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior support strategies
• Lead and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• Offer counseling and guidance to students, as needed
• Consult with teachers, families, and administrators to address student needs holistically
• Support positive behavioral interventions and mental health initiatives
