Senior-level, player/coach position. You’ll carry your own commercial relationships while leading a team of RMs driving loan and deposit growth across the region. Full suite — C&I lending, SBA loans, commercial lines of credit, treasury, deposits, and wealth referrals. Your book. Your team. Your market.

• Commercial portfolio management — C&I loans, SBA lending, lines of credit, treasury services, business deposits
• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of relationship managers
• New business development through COI networks, referrals, and community presence
• Cross‑selling across credit, treasury, and wealth channels
• Credit quality, portfolio risk oversight, and problem loan management
• Recruiting and building the next generation of commercial banking talent

• 10+ years in commercial and business banking — C&I lending, SBA loans, credit analysis, treasury, relationship management
• Proven track record growing a commercial book significantly — you think in hundreds of millions
• Experience leading teams of 10+ relationship managers
• Deep COI network — attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, community leaders
• You know how to grow aggressively without outrunning your credit culture — balance matters here
• Visible market presence — active in business community, civic organizations, industry events
• Big bank background with a desire to own your market the way you never could there
