Position Summary
Responsible for verifying and processing large currency and coin deposits.
Essential Responsibilities- Verifies and processes large currency and coin deposits, serving as subject matter expert.
- Operates coin machine and currency counter.
- Receives incoming deposits from customers and armored customers.
- Provides support on Cash Vault’s currency shipping and ordering system, as subject matter expert.
- Fosters positive relationships with branches, customers, and vendors.
- Assists with balancing of ATMs serviced by armored courier.
- Guides and supports new and existing team members, fostering their professional development and integration into the team.
- Maintains and updates procedures and job aids, as needed.
- Assists with incoming phone calls.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
- Responsible for completion of all compliance training related to the position.
- Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience/Skills- Two (2) or more years of related experience.
- Prior CSR experience preferred.
- Great attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to prioritize, handle high volumes, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Great interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on active listening and clear verbal communication.
- Ability to independently research and solve simple to complex scenarios.
- Good knowledge in MS Office software (Excel, Word, etc.) preferred.
- Able to work in a small, closed environment.
High School Diploma/GED required.
Travel RequirementsMinimal or occasional travel for meetings, projects or training as needed.
