As Lippert Technical Instructor, you will be expected to conduct classes in a professional manner, regarding all Lippert RV products. You will be responsible for building and maintaining training aids for existing and new products. Developing relationships through training with dealers, OEMs, and other Lippert teams.
Essential Functions:- Primarily working indoors.
- Time will be split between and office environment and workshop.
- Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, tools, equipment, printers, and copiers.
- Minimum of High school degree or GED
- 1+ years technical experience in the RV, Marine, or Automotive industry.
- Prior experience in and Ability to utilize a variety of tools, such as a tape measure, multimeter, saws, screw guns, etc. at a basic level.
Skills:
Proficient in delivering engaging and informative presentations to diverse audiences.
Ability to interpret descriptions of RV parts and equipment and translate them into clear, understandable instructions for the audience.
Demonstrates strong technical skills and a deep understanding of relevant technologies and equipment.
Skills:
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
Capable of handling complex issues and problems, providing effective and efficient solutions.
Basic knowledge and ability to utilize a variety of computer programs to support instructional and operational tasks.
Skilled in resolving conflicts and disputes, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment.
