Logistics​/Warehouse Manager

Gpac is seeking a Logistics Manager for a confidential, rapidly growing CPG manufacturing company
.

This role is responsible for overseeing all logistics operations within the facility, including warehousing, inventory control, transportation, and distribution
. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective movement of raw materials and finished goods while driving continuous improvement across logistics systems and processes.

This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced production environment, offering strong visibility and the opportunity to make a direct impact on operational performance.

• 3-5+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management
  - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred
  - Experience in food manufacturing, or CPG environments strongly preferred
  - Hands-on experience managing inbound/outbound logistics, transportation, and inventory - ERP/MRP system experience required (SAP or similar preferred) - Strong analytical skills with ability to drive process improvements and cost savings
  
  - Experience with inventory control, audits, and loss prevention
  - Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
  - Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, reporting, data analysis) - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

This role offers a base salary of $100K-$120K
, depending on experience, plus relocation assistance.
