This is a full-time, on-site leadership position located in Mishawaka, IN, for a Director of Nursing. The Director of Nursing will oversee daily nursing operations, manage staff, maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, and ensure top-quality care for residents. Key responsibilities include supervising and mentoring the nursing team, implementing and monitoring infection control protocols, developing care plans, and coordinating with other departments to provide comprehensive long-term care services.

• Strong leadership and Nursing Management experience, with a proven ability to direct and motivate a team.
• Expertise in Nursing, Medicine, and providing quality medical care to residents.
• Knowledge of Infection Control practices and standards to ensure resident and staff safety.
• Experience in Long-term Care, with a focus on creating and implementing effective care strategies for senior populations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage nursing operations efficiently.
• Current and valid RN license in the state of Indiana;
  Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in senior living or post-acute care settings is a plus.
