This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Systems & Food Safety Supervisor located in the South Bend-Mishawaka region. The role involves overseeing food safety programs, ensuring compliance with quality assurance protocols, and maintaining food manufacturing standards. The Supervisor will manage food safety systems, implement quality control measures, lead audits, and collaborate with internal teams to uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality.

• Strong knowledge in Food Quality and Quality Assurance processes
• Expertise in Food Science and Food Safety regulations and best practices
• Hands‑on experience in Food Manufacturing and production operations
• Effective leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency with food safety management systems and regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Safety, or a related field
• Experience conducting audits and implementing continuous improvement processes
• Familiarity with industry certifications such as HACCP, SQF, or other GFSI schemes is a plus
