Shift2nd or 3rd Shift (Off-Shift Opportunity)2nd Shift

3PM – 11

PMMonday
- Friday with some Saturday work as needed.
3rd Shift

Hours:

11PM – 7

AMSunday
- Thursday with some Friday work as needed.

Pay Range $25 – $35/hour (based on experience and capability) plus Shift Differential ($2.50/HR).What You’ll DoPerform full setup and operation of CNC mills (lathe experience also valued)
Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and GD&T to produce precision components

Select tooling, set offsets, and dial in programs to meet tight tolerances

Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment

Troubleshoot and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency

Partner with engineering and quality teams to continuously improve processes

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

What You Bring Proven experience with CNC setup (mills preferred, lathes welcome)
Strong blueprint reading and tolerance understanding

Confidence using micrometers, calipers, and gauges

Ability to work independently and take ownership of your machine

Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing high-quality work Reliability and a strong work ethic

What Sets You Apart Multi-axis machining experience

Background in tight-tolerance industries (hydraulics, aerospace, defense) is a plusCNC programming or editing experience

Short-Term Incentive (STI) Program We believe performance should be rewarded — and we make it meaningful.

Our Quarterly STI Program provides a target payout of 5%, with the opportunity to earn between 0% and 10% based on both company performance and your individual contributions. Bonus is paid on gross earnings in each quarter. The more the work the more you earn.
