Daman Products in Mishawaka, Indiana, seeks skilled CNC Machinists to own their process, perform full setup and operation on CNC mills, read blueprints with GD&T, and achieve tight tolerances in a high-performance shop.
We offer 2nd shift (3PM–11PM) or 3rd shift (11PM–7AM) with some Saturday work; pay range is $25–$35/hour plus $2.50 shift differential, and a Quarterly STI program with a target payout of 5% (0–10% based on performance).
