Injection Mold Processor Supervisor Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 25.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Third Shift (Monday through Thursday from 11:55pm to 08:00am)
Supervise and support overnight injection molding production operations.
Set up molds, perform mold changes, and ensure machines are running efficiently.
Monitor product quality, troubleshoot molding defects, and adjust processes as needed.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure products meet specifications.
Lead a safe, productive work environment while maintaining production schedules.
Injection Mold Processor Supervisor
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with injection molding machine setup, mold changes, and process troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Knowledge of plastic resins/materials such as Polypropylene, Polycarbonate, ABS, Lupox, and Rynite.
Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or within a team.
