AM General in Mishawaka, IN seeks an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer to establish production standards and line balances for vehicle assembly. You will coordinate layouts, labor planning and changes, while driving Lean Six Sigma improvements across the manufacturing process.
The role requires 3–5 years in automotive or heavy equipment, a degree in IE or related field, and strong MS Office, AutoCAD, UG/Vis-Mock Up skills. Effective communication and initiative are essential for success.
