* As a  
** School Health Nurse** , you'll play a vital role in supporting student well-being and academic success by identifying and addressing health-related barriers to learning. You will assess student health, develop and implement individualized care plans, promote wellness, and act as a liaison between families, schools, and the healthcare system.

* + Provide health assessments, develop health plans, and manage chronic conditions

+ Participate in IEP development as the health team specialist

+ Offer crisis intervention for illness, injury, and emotional concerns

+ Monitor and help control communicable diseases

+ Educate students and staff on wellness and healthy habits

+ Serve as a community resource and promote health careers

* ** Need:*
* + Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN preferred)

+ Valid RN license in Indiana

+ 3+ years of nursing experience preferred, ideally in a school setting

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
