As a Registered Nurse at Saint Joseph Health System you are responsible for implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. Your primary role is to act as a patient advocate, ensuring a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.

• Implement and direct the nursing process.
• Communicate patient information and care plans effectively.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately.
• Advocate for patients and maintain a safe environment.

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Holder of a valid RN Indiana License.
• CPR certification on hire or ability to attain within 60 days.
• New graduates are welcome.
