Gentiva is seeking a compassionate Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care in patients' homes, assisted living venues, or facility settings. The role requires an accredited LPN program, an active Indiana LPN license, and 2+ years in hospice, oncology, long‑term care, or home health. CPR and a valid driver’s license are also needed.
