Trinity Health PACE is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time role at the PACE St Joseph location. The RN will provide skilled nursing care, develop care plans, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize participant health and well-being.
Minimum qualifications include an active RN license (BSN preferred) and CPR certification, with at least 2 years of geriatric care experience. Day-1 benefits, Daily Pay, PTO, and tuition reimbursement are offered.
