StoryPoint is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time day and night shifts at our Granger, IN location. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay of $33–$35, full benefits and PTO; night shift differential of $2 per hour is available.
You will lead caregivers, oversee up to 133 residents, and document care in EHR/EMAR systems. We seek an LPN licensed in Indiana with passion for elderly care and prior Assisted Living/Memory Care experience.
