• Directs all activities related to physician recruitment for all SJRMC entities and SJPN including but not limited to monitoring needs, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating on‑site interviews, contracting and hiring, on‑boarding new physicians and maintaining relationships.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, marketing or a related area of graduate study preferred.
• Licensure: Credentials as a Certified Medical Staff Recruiter or Certified Medical Staff Coordinator is desired.
• Experience: 3 – 5 years experience in healthcare, of which at least 1 year in physician services, physician recruitment and/or physician practice management.
