Property Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Community Maintenance Technician. Our ideal candidate has experience or the desire to learn landscaping, snow removal, minor interior home repairs, and general grounds maintenance. • Landscaping
• Lawn mowing/lawn care
• Snow removal
• General cleanup of grounds
• Light painting and carpentry
• Problem-solving
• Miscellaneous general maintenance duties as assigned by the community manager
• Physical demands include working in cold weather, bending, pushing/pulling, and lifting/carrying more than 50 lbs

• Legally permitted to work in the United States
• Strong work ethic
• 1-year property maintenance experience or Willingness To Learn
• Valid driver's license with no major violations
• Experience with and knowledge of the proper use of power and hand tools, lawn care, and landscaping equipment
  
  Ability to work independently under the direction of the community manager
• Must pass a thorough background check, including criminal

$23+ hourly
