- The Cytologist performs a combination of technical and workflow-support duties within Anatomic Pathology, including rapid on-site evaluation support, specimen accessioning, gross examination of biopsy specimens, frozen section preparation, and slide screening.
- Education: Baccalaureate Degree required, either in a Cytology-related science or another field with completion of an accredited program in cytology.
- Certification: Certification as a cytology technologist required within one year of hire.
- Experience: Two years of experience preferred
