- Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner
- Maintain inventory so that there is no out of stock and over-stock products
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources; stay flexible to work in other areas, track goods, maintain in-stock levels, control shrinkage
- Understand processes and specifications related to quality of various types of produce merchandise; prepare (trim, crisp, package, scale) products according to established standards; maintain product safety and sanitation guidelines; adhere to applicable laws and company policies related to produce quality
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them
- Drive performance of the area using digital tools; use perpetual inventory management techniques to stock and rotate department products; ensure quality, date control standards; eliminate waste; guide peers and provide attention to customer needs; assist customers according to company policies and procedures
- Advocate for the department and the club, valuing the member's experience; model high quality service and products; execute basics at highest possible level of quality; exhibit energy, commitment and passion for the work
- Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics and integrity; use Open Door Policy; apply these in business processes and practices
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers and other partners; identify priorities, deadlines, expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt and learn from change, difficulties, feedback
- Age 18 years or older
- Successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period

CompensationHourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
