Windsor is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Mishawaka, IN store to drive sales, manage payroll and expenses, and lead a team of up to 25 fashion Stylists. You will partner with the Store Manager to supervise training, organize staffing, and ensure Windsor's visual standards and policies are followed.
You will excel at motivating staff, providing coaching and feedback, and maintaining brand loyalty through an Oasis-style customer experience. Previous retail leadership is required.
