Role Overview

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide every guest who enters the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you take pride in representing our values, bringing your real self to work each day.

We expect you to use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset. You will be passionate about AE & Aerie products, educate guests on product details, and make product suggestions that fit their needs. You’ll introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests, flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed, solve problems proactively, and uphold company policies and procedures.

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model and maintain a friends‑first mindset.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest fitting options.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Operate flexibly across the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Act with integrity and follow all AEO policies and procedures.

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Energy and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work during peak guest hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
