In this role, you will secure sponsor ships for individual events and year-long partnerships, representing Connect 574 to local and regional businesses.

Sponsorship Sales and Partnership Development- Identify and target companies and brands that align with Connect 574 values and audience.
- Develop customized sponsorship packages for events and annual partnerships.
- Manage a consistent sales pipeline with a focus on outbound outreach and revenue goals.
- Build relationships through networking, introductions, and community involvement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Connect 574 members to effectively pitch partner opportunities.
- Serve as the primary contact for sponsors from first conversation through contract completion.
- Onboard new partners and align expectations with Connect 574 standards and culture.
- Maintain long term relationships to support renewals and expanded partnerships.
- Collaborate with the events and operations team to ensure sponsor commitments are delivered.
- Track sponsorship activity including revenue, retention, and event engagement.
- Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and new opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends to improve sponsorship offerings and pricing.
- Revenue generated from sponsor ships

- Monthly Stipend: $500
- Commission Structure
- 20 percent of total sponsorship amount for outbound deals you originate
- 10 percent for inbound or introduction based leads
- Example Earnings
- Close a $5,000 outbound sponsorship and earn $1,000
- Assist with a $4,000 inbound sponsorship and earn $400
- Free attendance at all Connect 574 hosted events
- This is an independent contractor position, not an employee role.
- The Sales and Sponsorship Lead will manage their own schedule and outreach approach.
- Compensation will be paid via 1099, and the contractor is responsible for their own taxes and expenses.
- This role does not include health benefits, paid time off, or traditional employee benefits.
- The position is focused on results and relationship building rather than set hours.
