About the Role
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager in South Bend / Mishawaka. In this sales-driven, relationship-based role, you will:
- Build and maintain client relationships across local industries
- Identify sales opportunities through outreach (phone, email, social media, video, in-person meetings)
- Learn the local market and become a trusted partner to clients
- Provide exceptional follow-up and customer service
- Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth processes and strong results
