Psych Pros is a nationally recognized leader in recruiting for the behavioral healthcare field. We are recruiting for a results-driven business development professional to build a foster parent recruitment pipeline through community partnerships, lead generation, relationship development, and strategic outreach.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in sales, recruitment, business development, customer service, marketing, admissions, fundraising, community outreach, or a related field.
- Experience in consultative sales, recruitment, admissions, business development, or fundraising. (Lead Generation, Consultative selling, relationship management, prospect cultivation, persuasion/influence, goal achievement, pipeline management, customer service excellence, networking and business development etc.)
- Knowledge of community engagement and marketing strategies.
- Driver’s license and daily access to personal vehicle.
Pay- $55K-75K depending on education and experience

- Build a recruitment pipeline — Identify and attract prospective foster parent leads from initial contact through licensing.
- Drive lead generation and growth — Develop creative strategies to generate new foster parents through networking, referrals, events, presentations, digital outreach, and community partnerships.
- Develop strategic partnerships — Build relationships with businesses, schools, healthcare organizations, faith-based organizations, civic groups, and other community partners.
- Create awareness — Help develop outreach and marketing initiatives that increase awareness and generate interest among potential foster parents.
- Manage the prospective foster parent journey — Serve as the primary relationship manager for prospective foster parents, maintain consistent follow-up, address concerns, overcome objections, and move qualified prospects toward licensing.
- Use data to improve performance — Monitor the recruitment funnel, identify opportunities, analyze results, and adjust strategies to improve licensing rates.
