Job Overview

Security Officer (Full‑Time) –

Location:

New Carlisle, Indiana. Pay starts at $19.00 per hour. Weekly pay.

• 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Must work at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday).

Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers.

• Observe and report activities and incidents at client sites.
• Protect property and personnel.
• Maintain vigilance through frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain.
• Handle physical demands – stand, walk for extended periods, navigate stairs and steps.

• Minimum education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Meeting all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (basic computer knowledge preferred).
• Flexibility: available for weekend shifts.
