Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime and shift changes. Follow safety protocols, work in teams, and follow instructions. Tasks include standing, walking, working at heights, overhead work, lifting, twisting, bending, and operating tools and equipment. Ability to perceive details and navigate the facility is essential.
QualificationsMust have completed an apprenticeship, or have 8+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination. Experience with air compressors, combustion, refrigeration, and related controls. Must hold CFC certification and a boiler operating license. Successful completion of interview, drug test, physical, and background check required.
