What You’ll Do- Prep openings and install windows and exterior doors in new construction projects.
- Use tools like hammers, levels, and power saws.
- Climb ladders, lift and set windows, and handle equipment safely.
- Work as part of a team that values safety, quality, and craftsmanship.
- Some construction knowledge is helpful but not required.
- Comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs and working with tools.
- A problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
- A team player who communicates well and takes pride in their work.
