About

the Role

We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Maintenance Technician to work Monday through Friday.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Ensure that each assigned property is maintained according to company standards
  • Conduct routine checks and service equipment to prevent failures
  • Some heavy lifting of furniture and equipment
  • Troubleshoot problems and make repairs
  • Provide excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Perform all the above and other related duties as assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies
Qualifications

This position requires the following skills and qualifications:

  • Technical school preferred, High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in maintenance or equivalent field
  • A general mechanical knowledge of plumbing, electrical and building trades
  • Proficient in reading, writing, grammar and mathematical skills
  • Possess your own basic tools to perform building maintenance
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (both required)
  • EPA Universal Certification preferred
