Lead hands-on mechanical, electrical, and PLC preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial equipment;
Serve as primary troubleshooting resource and shift lead for two maintenance technicians;
Diagnose and repair hydraulic/pneumatic systems, motors, bearings, valves, and cylinder rebuilds;
Perform PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell) including ladder logic and drive/sensor updates;
Maintain safety and compliance practices including LOTO and working at heights up to sixty feet
