Salary: $20–$30 (Hourly) + full benefits (eligible first of the month following date of hire)
Job SummaryUnder the direction of the Warehouse Manager, the CDL Warehouse Transfer Driver is responsible for shipping, warehouse, and distribution operations, including order fulfillment, inventory support, and product movement throughout the facility. This position requires a valid CDL Class A license and the ability to safely operate warehouse equipment while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards.
Job Responsibilities- Accurately pick outgoing shipments using packing slips or scan gun systems
- Stage, organize, and prepare pallets for shipment to ensure proper and safe loading
- Load and unload finished goods and supplies using forklift/stand-up reach truck equipment
- Operate shrink wrap equipment to secure pallets for transport
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate shipment and warehouse documentation
- Follow and enforce GMP, BRC, food safety, and quality standards always
- Identify, report, and help resolve unsafe conditions, equipment issues, and quality concerns
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations
- Collaborate with warehouse, production, quality, and shipping teams to optimize efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Participate in required safety and food safety training programs
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
- Valid CDL Class A license required
- Ability and willingness to move trailers within the facility yard and support warehouse distribution activities as needed
- Prior warehouse, shipping, logistics, or distribution experience preferred
- Forklift and stand-up reach truck experience strongly preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and order accuracy
- Experience with scan guns and inventory systems preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
