You will supervise operational needs, coordinate staff and programs, and foster a welcoming environment for all campers and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations for medical camps and rentals
• Coordinate schedules, staffing, and facility needs
• Ensure high standards of guest service and safety
• Lead program development tailored to guests' unique needs
• Collaborate with various teams for operational success
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in camp management or hospitality
• Proven experience with children and youth
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and transportation
• Ability to live on-site year-round
