First West Financial Advisor Position

Become a Financial Advisor at First West, where exceptional customer service meets strategic financial planning. This role involves offering a breadth of services while building invaluable member relationships.

In your position, you will manage a diverse portfolio, providing personalized financial solutions tailored to the member's life stage. You'll process transactions, promote our banking products, and help achieve the branch's annual objectives. Effective communication and administrative skills will be essential for supporting various member service activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build lasting relationships with members and assess their needs

• Process transactions, loans, and investment account setups

• Actively promote branch offerings and achieve sales targets

• Complete administrative tasks and assist with loan applications

• Collaborate with branch leadership on member support initiatives

Requirements:

• 2-year College or Tech School Diploma or equivalent

• Mandatory Mutual Funds License; PFP a plus

• At least 2 years experience in Member Advisor capacity

• Strong problem-solving and independent working skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and banking technology
