The United Way of Greater Moncton and Southeastern New Brunswick seeks an innovative Finance Manager. This role integrates finance, technology, and human resources to champion financial integrity. You will advise the CEO and manage a budget of over $4 million, making a difference in the community we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an operating budget over $4 million

• Oversee financial planning and regulatory compliance

• Prepare and coordinate financial statements and audits

• Administer payroll, employee benefits, and recruitment

• Direct IT systems and operations management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in finance and operations

• CPA designation or commitment to acquire it

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAGE 50

• Strong communication skills in English and French

• Knowledge of non-profit financial matters
