Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and support HR operations and staff

• Manage recruitment, classification, and performance processes

• Promote positive employee relations and workplace safety

• Develop HR policies and compliance strategies

• Identify training needs and enhance development initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in HR or a related field

• Five years of relevant experience in HR

• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS software

• CPHR designation along with a valid BC Driver’s Licence
