Human Resources Generalist at Siloam

Siloam Mission is seeking an engaging Human Resources Generalist to enhance our supportive workplace culture in Winnipeg. This role emphasizes full-cycle recruitment and employee development, ensuring HR excellence across the organization.

The Human Resources Generalist will report to the Director of People and Culture, playing a crucial role in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. With a minimum of two years in HR, you will administer benefits, support training initiatives, and maintain compliance with employment laws while fostering a culture of trust and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment processes and support hiring managers

• Develop and maintain job descriptions for various roles

• Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding experiences

• Provide HR guidance on policies and best practices

• Participate in workplace investigations and conflict resolution

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in Human Resources or Business Administration

• Minimum two years of relevant HR experience

• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with mediation and conflict resolution

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
