Job Title:
Project Director – Mission Critical (Data Centers)

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director with extensive experience in mission critical/data center construction to lead large-scale, complex projects and oversee multiple project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership across multiple data center projects from pre-construction through completion
• Oversee Project Managers and site teams to ensure successful delivery on schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Drive client relationships at a senior level, acting as the primary point of contact
• Lead project planning, risk management, and operational execution across all phases
• Ensure alignment with company objectives, safety standards, and industry best practices

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on mission critical/data center projects
• Proven track record managing large-scale or multiple concurrent projects
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Deep understanding of complex MEP systems and mission critical environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
