Job Description

At McDonald's, we are committed to being the best, and that starts with finding the best people. We have built a team of extraordinary people from around the world. We are problem solvers, risk takers, innovators, and thought leaders that take our work seriously, but have fun doing it. We challenge ourselves to get smarter and sharper every day, we value personal and professional growth, and believe in rewarding and celebrating our successes.

The

Opportunity

Ronald McDonald House Canada is the national foundation of support for 37 programs across Canada – 16 Ronald McDonald Houses and 21 Ronald McDonald House Family Rooms. In an average year, these programs support more than 30,000 families with sick children – keeping families close to each other, and close to the heath care their child needs. We are grateful to our founding and forever partner, McDonald’s Canada, for their enduring commitment to, and support of, our mission.

The Ronald McDonald House Canada Mission Advancement & Chapter Support Team expands the organization’s reach and strengthens the national network by working with a network of 11 Regional Chapters on all aspects of mission delivery, including new program development and expansion, license compliance, chapter excellence, national support programs, and issues management. Leading a team of two, the Director, RMHC Field Operations (ED Mission Advancement & Chapter Support) will play a fundamental role in evolving Ronald McDonald House Canada’s strong foundation as a credible, caring, and respected organization within Canada’s charitable and pediatric healthcare landscape, operating at the highest standards.

Essential to the success in this position will be the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships, influence change across the organization, and to develop a strong understanding of the impact Ronald McDonald House Canada has across the country, as an integrated partner to the pediatric healthcare system, and as part of a collective commitment to ensuring that no family in need is turned away.

This posting is for a new position.
