Strategic Manager

Position: Strategic Manager Role
Take charge as the Strategic Mission Manager with The Salvation Army in North Vancouver. Direct community service initiatives and fundraising efforts that align with the organization's mission.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee all Community Services operations within the Ministry Unit, focusing on strategic planning and community needs. Your leadership will drive improvements in program effectiveness, enhance integration efforts, and ensure that organizational objectives are met through collaborative teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and enhance fundraising and community programs

• Collaborate on planning service delivery strategies

• Supervise staff hiring, training, and evaluations

• Ensure adherence to legal and accreditation requirements

• Manage community partnerships and resources effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience required

• Post-secondary education in Social Work or related discipline

• In-depth knowledge of community resources and networking

• Valid Class 5 driver's license; manage physical task demands

• Food Secure Level 1 and first aid certifications
