As a full-time Data Manager, you will be vital in ensuring data accuracy and leading a talented team. This position involves managing reporting and compliance standards while providing analytical insights to leadership. Drive accountability and optimize processes across various programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, manage, and analyze program data effectively
• Produce compliance reports and funder deliverables
• Conduct audits and maintain compliance with data standards
• Train staff on data management practices and procedures
• Facilitate regular meetings to discuss data integrity
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
• Minimum of 2 years in data management
• Proficient with HMIS and similar databases
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skill set
