Key Responsibilities:
• Lead client acquisition initiatives through digital channels
• Grow community engagement and market sales
• Manage talent and employee engagement strategies
• Coach team on effective client problem resolution
• Address operational gaps through compliance reviews
Requirements:
• Mutual Funds accreditation with 2 years of sales experience
• Pass the mutual fund branch management exam within 4 months
• At least 3 years in a management capacity
• Entrepreneurial mindset for market innovation
• Proficiency in digital client engagement strategies
