Position: Siloam Volunteer Leadership Role
Enhance volunteer engagement at Siloam Mission, a vital service for Manitobans in need. As Volunteer Services Supervisor, you will recruit, guide, and develop volunteers, supporting transformative community initiatives.

Your expertise will play a key role in fostering a supportive environment, directly impacting individuals facing homelessness and other challenges. In addition to supervising staff, you will lead integration and training processes while promoting effective collaboration across departments. This role is pivotal in expanding Siloam's reach and volunteer capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage volunteer onboarding and training processes

• Supervise and mentor volunteer services staff

• Organize volunteer appreciation initiatives

• Create partnership opportunities for volunteers

• Maintain volunteer records and compliance standards

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in volunteer programs

• 1 year in a leadership role preferred

• Strong problem-solving and mediation skills

• Understanding of local social issues beneficial

• Excellent communication and management skills
