As the Global Worker Mobilization Coordinator, you will lead a dedicated team focused on fostering a mission-driven culture among churches. Your responsibilities include mentoring leaders, organizing vision trips to highlight needs, and integrating contextual training into church curricula. Building successful partnerships will be key to fulfilling OMS’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives promoting OMS's mission and vision

• Collaborate with missionaries and leaders for effective outreach

• Conduct vision trips addressing regional needs

• Model prayer and encourage passion for outreach

• Connect leaders with effective training models

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience necessary

• Advanced degree in relevant field preferred

• Proven communication skills, both online and in person

• High cultural intelligence and engagement efficacy

• Active mission interest and local church involvement
