Outreach and Leader at SCBC

As a key pastoral staff member at SCBC, you will oversee outreach initiatives in a vibrant trilingual church setting. This role requires a spiritually mature individual passionate about evangelism, discipleship, and community service. You will collaborate closely with pastoral teams and lay leaders to maximize the church's outreach potential in culturally diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SCBC's outreach and mission activities

• Develop long-term vision and strategies for missions

• Inspire and mentor congregants for mission work

• Collaborate with pastoral teams for training resources

• Plan community engagement and global mission initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Minimum three years in ministry or outreach roles

• In-depth knowledge of multicultural mission strategies

• Solid communication skills in English, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin

• Experience in social media for ministry outreach
